Answer:
No. In fact, I sometimes wish more citizens would call. It is difficult to make the decisions that we make without input. If you have a question or a problem, please call. I can't always promise that I can solve the problem, but I will find you an answer.

What is the biggest change you have noticed in your twenty one years of elective office?
Answer:
I think that the increase in citizens use of e-mail is one of the biggest changes in the way that people communicate. I regularly receive e-mails on city problems and it is much easier to forward these issues to the appropriate department.
